• Same day assignments - we will contact you with the name of the temp, an outline of their skills and their ETA within 30 minutes of receiving the booking.
• Next day assignments - we will contact you within one hour of receiving the booking if it is placed before 3pm, or within 30 minutes if placed after 3pm.
• Advance assignments - we will agree with you an acceptable time to respond, reconfirming the temp's details on the Friday before the week the assignment is due to start.
