Allow me to introduce you to William Samuels - our April temp of the month working for BNZ! Here's what his colleagues had to say about him....
"....he's been the best temp I've ever had the opportunity to work with in 13 years."
"If I had a team of Will...I am Samuels' - my department would be world leading."
"Will is definitely a temp that I would think is a bonus for any company."
"His manner and attitude towards customers and staff is exceptional and the manner in which he conducts his day to day work is nothing short of professional."
"[William's] attention to detail, open nature to customers and willingness to learn new tasks quickly makes him a joy to coach."
Awesome feedback for an equally amazing temp - well done, Will!
"We have had great feedback from the 5 managers Broni supports including comments such as; "...she has changed my life!" and "...she allows me to focus on the priorities". Broni hit the ground running on day one, immediately running offsites, inductions and various other tasks. Broni is always positive and helpful and we consider ourselves lucky to have her."
Congratulations to Orla Griffin, Wellington's first Temp of the Month.
This is not a job advertisement - this is a national crisis! Where are the Credit Controllers of New Zealand?
Wellington had a slow start to August but towards the end of the month there was an increase in the number of permanent roles. A pleasing change in that there were two sets of bulk assignment, which is less common in the Wellington market.
Over all August was a strong month for Velocity despite an obvious reduction in permanent positions. The temp market has been steady with a definite increase in short term temp assignments due to sick leave or extended holidays. There has also been a huge number of our current temps being offered fixed term or perm roles within companies, which reflects the high calibre of people Velocity have out there temping.
