Our promise to you
Same day assignments
We will contact you with the name of the temp, an outline of their skills and their ETA within 30 minutes of receiving the booking.
Next day assignments
We will contact you within one hour of receiving the booking if it is placed before 3pm, or within 30 minutes if placed after 3pm.
Advance assignments
We will agree with you an acceptable time to respond, reconfirming the temp's details on the Friday before the week the assignment is due to start.
